Nutrion is best if it is holistically balanced.
…and one of the reasons I am so passionate about the work that I do is because I’ve been there. I have taken desperate measures, eating little without realising the long-term issues it will create. I stopped nourishing my body adequately. I sought after ‘perfect’, hoping it would somehow fix things for myself and those around me. And for a while, it worked.
It did give instant results; little did I realise that it was hampering my body from within. I want to share my life learning to create a balanced, nourished and healthy life for people.
